NT 4 Workstation and 2K Server Security

Greetings:

I am in the process of upgrading and expanding a network. The server is
2K SBS SP4 and most of the workstations are XP and 2K Pro. I picked 2K pro
for the workstations that need to be locked down no frills intranet/file
clients. Unfortunately, some of the legacy systems are NT 4 Workstation
with proprietary applications that prevent upgrading the OS. These stations
need to have the same sort of locked down features as the 2K systems but I'm
having difficulty finding the best method to propagate security policies to
the NT systems. Any suggestions to this end would be most appreciated.
