Win 2K Advanced Server Installation

Does anyone know what'll happen if I installed Windows 2K
Advanced Server on top of a Win 2K Pro ?
Will it
a)dual boot or
b) completely wipe out the Win 2K Pro Operating System ?

if you want you can install it as Dual boot or if you dont
want to use dual boot you can completely wipeout the win2k
pro OS
