I had questions regarding print screens and printing to a specific tray on a multiple tray printer from a ms dos program. I found the information to make both of those work, but was told that because we use Novell here that the windows 2000 fixes wont work. Why is that?

The information I found regarding the print screen was from the Microsoft Knowledge Base Articles 269039 and 140399

For the printing from dos with Windows 2000 someone linked me a site http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/printfromdos.ht

Can anyone explain this to me
