Error in MAP command in CMD

I have connected my Novell Netware Server 4.11 with
Windows 2000 server.
When I try to MAP novell drive from Command prompt,
its give me error "The following drive mapping operation
could not be completed"
The error code was 8903

if any one knows the solution please help me

How are you trying to map?

map n servername\volume:folder\folder

This will map the next drive letter for you.
