Notrton Goback Post file restore

hi,
when i lost all of my files off of itunes today i norton gobacked, but
when i started the computer up the post file restore came up so i
restarted and the same thing came up i tried several times and in the
end got fed up.
Does anyone know how to stop this anying window from popping up
everytime i go on my computer
(the operating system is windows xp sp2)

Your post is a bit hard to follow, but if I understand you correctly you
used Norton GoBack and now you are getting a popup message from GoBack.
If this is correct, contact Symantec for tech support of their product.
This is not a Windows issue.

If the popup is not coming from GoBack, please post back with a better
description of the problem, including the exact text of any error
messages or dialog boxes.
