Not saving Document in another file from Read Only CD?

I have a Document Saved on a Read-Only CD, I do not want someone else who
uses the CD to be able to save it in another file. I want it to be 'viewed'
only. How do I do this please?

Sorry, there is no way to do what you are asking. If you can read it, you
can copy it. Even if it was possible to stop users from saving a document as
another file, it will not stop them from cutting and pasting, screen
grabbing, or simply jotting down the information with a pencil and paper
<g>.

Some software such as Adobe PDF allows you to create a document which
restrict editing / modifications.
