Saving a database

I created a database and I want to share it with some other co-workers. I
save it to a CD and when they get it they can't save any data because it says
"read only". I've read and read and can't find anything that tells me how to
fix this. Please help. Deadline approaching....

By the very naute of a CD, anything written to it will be read-only. You
burn files to a cd, then you can't modify them.

Your coworkers need to copy the file off of the CD and onto their hard
drives, then unset the "read-only" attibute on the newly created file.

Ron,

RBear3 is correct! You do what he says by right clicking on the file in
Windows Explorer. In the dialog that appears, click on Properties. At the
bottom of the dialog that appears, you will see Attributes. Uncheck Read
Only.
