User Account Does Not Have Permission

Hi. I read the FAQ and thought I was equipped to use the security wizard.
However, I was sadly, not! My co-workers get the error message that they
don't have the necessary permissions to use the object. It seems I am the
only one that can open my database. In addition, my co-workers can open up
other databases just fine. My database (Construction and Campus
Planning.mdb) won't open for them, though. Any thoughts on where I went
astray?

NEVERMIND!!! I finally got the correct syntax in the shortcut. Now after I
put the shortcut on my co-workers computers, they can get in.
