Hi,
I'm getting the error when trying to open a database in 2007 that was
created in Access 1997 - The current user account doesn't have permission to
convert or enable this database.

I was not able to open the database so I tried importing the tables into a
new Access 2007 database. All were successful except one and I received the
following error - You don't have permission to import, export or link to
table_name.

Is there any way I can gain access to this table?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what your problem may be, but the quick fix is to export the
data from that table into http://bit.ly/bcovidan Excel spreadsheet, then use
that to import into a new table.

Hi Arvin,
What did you mean to link to? That link is not working for me.

-Tom.
