not responding

i keep geting pages not found and programs not responding
and i cant seem to enable for activeX on pages ?
getting frustrated HELP

Hi -

To enable activeX controls, open internet explorer, Tools menu---Internet
Options---click on the Security tab---at the bottom, click on the custom
level button and scroll down and enable all the settings you need.

Also, make sure your connection is properly configured.
