i keep getting this message every time i try to go on to the internet
explorer firefox.or windows media player or the help and support i keep
geting error messages

has encountered a problem and needs to close. we ae sorry for the
inconvenience and this error message when i click it

include information in that post about how you connect to the Internet,
your Service Pack level, what changed between the time things worked

Same problem here, in Poland. I use windows + service pack 2 with the
latest updates. Since two days all programs connecting to the web show
th same problem: 001305f3 and then windows shuts them down with a
gentle question should it be reported to Microsoft.
In the Google I found very little talking about error 0x001305f3 -
just few cases with problems like mine, but without any real
explenation. As far as I can tell I don't see any malware on my
computer.

The errors look like this:
