Not receiving replies

I'm getting "fresh" e-mail but not replies to my messages. Also not getting
receipts
 
Maybe the recipients won't reply because they are ticked off
over your receipt requests? :-)

You won't get receipts unless a) the recipient's email program has
that capability, and b) the recipient authorizes it. My settings ignore
all receipt requests.
