e-mails

Just recently purchased a new lap top. Have been trying to set up to
receive and send e-mails with our e-mail accounts from Road Runner. Have
received a few e-mails but have not been able to send replys keeps showing
an error message server not found also trying to set up two email accounts
have them on the accounts but can't get but one to get e-mails. Computer
eliterate. Please need help ready to pull hair out.
