HELP! I've been at this for 2 days.
Have home computer with ns.sympatico.ca e-mail account and router, hubby got this new laptop
and i've got everything working (internet access, etc.), installed Windows Live One Care security which
prompts you to get a live e-mail account....so i went ahead and set this up. Number one problem is
we are not receiving e-mails. we received an e-mail from windows e--mail team saying "welcome " blah, blah
blah, blah, blah.....
We can send e-mails...and various people have received them but we cannot receive. HELP...what have I
done wrong. when it asked for server information I used the information that is related to our desk top computer....
incoming mail server: Pop3
server: pop1.ns.sympatico.ca
was I supposed to put in something different??
PS....please send any responses to (e-mail address removed)
thank you very much!
