Not receiving email

I haven't been able to receive email for three days and can not find what the
problem is. I have Mcafee internet security suite and it says I have no
viruses I have also run spyware and that seems fine.

I think there was a problem with my system which may have caused this.

where do I go for help.

Try internet options,services tab,select the correct mail type.You might also
chk event viewer for events/warnings in the OS.Other than that,mcafee is
about the worst software one can install,anti virus,or 1 particular type is
bad
enough,but the suite takes over alot of xps services,its junk....

some times it may be due to mcafee antivirus.it may block it.check it by
disabling mcafee scan in the control panel.since i had a similar problem
before.
