Not getting HTML in Outlook

am using Outllok 2007 and I no longer am receiving all of my emails aas they
are sent. Some come through with all of the graphics etc. Others that used to
now come through as plain text and I have to try to determine which link will
take me to the online source v. a banner or logo.

I have looked around at options/customize etc.

I need help
