I have stopped recieving emails I was getting them this morning and I havent
changed anything. (Im getting this message : This message was created
automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT
TO:<[email protected]>:
host 208.73.33.226 [208.73.33.226]: 550-mailout06.yourhostingaccount.com
[65.254.253.53] is currently not permitted
550-to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the
pop/imap
550-server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication
turned
on
550 in your email client.)

My Yahoo account still recieves them as does my Hotmail account.
I can send emails but I can not recieve them.

The error message you included is not directly from Windows Mail.
It is a bounce or non-delivery notice originated by the mail server.
It really has nothing to do with receiving.

What happens when you send a message to yourself?

I found out after I posted here that it was my website email that was screwy.
Sorry about that.
But to answer your question I could send emails back and forth inside my
email boxs but would get that message when I tried to send to those boxes.
BUT I could send out of them. Screwy.

Thanks anyways.
