Not compatible with this version of the Personal Folders 2007->200

At my previous employeer I have Office 2007 and used Outlook 2007. When I
switched jobs I tried to open up my pst file from my previous job at my
current job, where I have Outlook v. 2003, I can't open the file. I know MS
did fixes for older version of word and excel so they could open up 2007
versions, is there something for Outlook 2003, so it can open up 2007 pst
files?

The OL2007 & OL2003 data files are the same format.
In order for OL to be able to open the data file, it needs to be located on
the HD or on a jump drive, not on a cd, and the read only attribute off
