Folder is Full error message Outlook 2007

I recently switched from Outlook 2003 to 2007 when I got a new computer. I
copied my 2003 pst file over to the new computer and opened up in Outlook
2007. After a couple of weeks I get the folder is full error when I try to
move emails from my in box to folders. I use POP3 and my file .pst file size
is in the 750,000 k range.
