Error: Folder is full

I am currently running Outlook 2007 on a Vista and have run into an error
while attempting to delete folders from the Personal Folders .pst. While
trying to reorganize my folders, suddenly it will not let me rename or even
delete folders. It will, however allow me to make new folders.

I have read through previous posts regarding this problem.
I have compressed the folder and the file size is less than a gig.
I have run the scanpst.exe and repaired any and all problems it found.
It is a pop3 account.


Any ideas?
