Outlook PST issues

Recently i had upgraded MS office 2003 to office 2007 in my laptop. Due to my
system performance issue i uninstalled office 2007 and re-installed 2003.
Since the outlook was slow and found One of the PST size was 8 GB. So i
copied the 8GB PST to a desktop and splitted the PST file into 4 PST each of
2 GB. Later when i copied the splitted PST back to laptop, it started giving
error as "unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not be
opened".

Performance issues will be down to your system.
If you don't Archive then your data file will grow
You've probably corrupted both your data files and your Outlook Profile with
your efforts

The splitted pst's are working on the desktop without any issues. having
issue on the laptop. I have reconfigured my profile on the laptop and even
repaired those pst's in my laptop.
