Not all Email Addresses in Outlook Contacts show in menu for email

Although the address is in the Outlook Contacts, they do not all show when
composing a new email in the pull dowm menu on the left of the address box.
How can I get them to all show.
 
You do realize that only electronic addresses will show, right?
You're sending a message, not a letter.
