After I reinstalled windows xp I cannot install Japanese IME. When I tried
to install east asian language and was instructed to insert windows XP CD, it
doesn't find the file needed. I tried to select E: or D: (whichever windows
xp CD was inserted) but no success. Any idea to fix this problem? Thank you
in advance.

Something you can also try is installing the fonts and support via
Internet Explorer (View Menu). That may install it system-wide or fix
things that prevent it from installing from the Control Panel.
