How do I enable my computer to read/convert the symbols on japanese websites
into english under XP Home Edition? I tried going to the control panel,
Date, Time, Language and Regional Options and under the Supplemental Language
Support area clicked "Install files for East Asian languages." I inserted
Windows XP Home Edition Opearating System CD as instructed, but would get a
"Copy Error" of "Setup cannot copy file cplexe.exe. Ensure the disk
Windows XP Home Edition CD is in the drive selected below." What do have to
do or obtain to enable the computer to read foreign languages?

Hi,

read/convert the symbols on japanese websites
into english under XP Home Edition?

The following isnt possible since the web site was developed with japanese
fonts only. You cannot translate the same to english.

to read the site you will have to the following.
right click on the page and select encoding and then choose
Auto select and then the appropriate encoding will be applied.
