Hi I m virendra i m facing problem with windows installer i have to install a
hotfix for citrix i.e. XE104W2KR01.MSP but whenever i try to install this
patch it gives an error that "The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the
Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing,
or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify
that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the
correct upgrade patch".
I tried the command "msiexec /P XE104W2KR01.MSP /q" but it is not getting
install.
Please help me i have to install this patch as soon as possible.
