Hello,
I have Norton 2003,always up to date,now when I want to scan,it always
freezes in a different point.I have to re-boot my computer,it does not
responding to anything.What is happening? Thank you!
 
You will have to visit the Symantec site and search the
Knowledge base or contact Symantec and ask them for help.
This is a Windows XP NG.
 
Might be software expired or any file has been deleted. Do following
1. Uninstall and reinstall o
2. Get upgrade or new softwar
