Norton problem..please someone!

Hi, I have Norton anti-virus installed. I am also using Skype telephone
system which interacts with my computer every 30 minutes.
The problem is that Norton Worm Protection will not let it function without
me having to give permission each time, which at times can be quite a pain.
What I need is to be able to give permission to Norton to allow this firm
to enter. There is a list of blocked items on the Norton files -but none of
them for this item.

I have tried to communicate with one of the Norton "Advisors" via their Chat
Box, but she was hopeless, could not understand either my question , how to
answer it, or even write a sentence I could understand.

Can anyone help me please?

Many thanks
John

Just add an exception to Norton Worm Protection. See
