Norton GoBack

I purchased NOrton GoBack and Norton System Works 2004 and
installed it on my Windows XP Pro machine and had nothing
but problems. My computer did not boot and there were too
many other odd things happening, so I uninstalled the
program. I wasted $$$$$ on Norton System Works 2004. My
advice? Don't waste your money on tools that Windows XP
already has.

I learned it 5 years ago, once they get your money they
could care less. They have bought up all the small
company's that offer them any competition just like
Microsoft has done. There latest is Power Quest ( Drive
Image ) They will try to use it to make Ghost better ,
all the end user will end up with is another piece of
crap.

GoBack may be causing the problem, since System Restore is part of XP.

I have never had any problems with SystemWorks.
