Norton GoBack is not a Microsoft product. It does run on Windows XP - and I
suppose this could be considered a "general" question, albeit I like to
consider the name of the newsgroup as a whole..
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general = a place to ask general questions about
the Microsoft product known as Windows XP.

Assuming you have Norton GoBack 2005 (v4.0):
