No, the last one does not.

Alpha,

If the last link Carey gave does not work for you, it is because of
newsreader issues, not because of a bad link. The link works perfect, but
it is quite long. More than likely your newsreader (Microsoft Outlook
Express it seems) is cutting the long link into parts, making it not point
to the proper end-location. You could cut/paste the link in its entirety
into your browser of choice and go to the web page. Another option would be
to use this link:

http://tinyurl.com/9ku6v

Which I created from the above link for convenience.

The OP is in Morocco - West Africa. The OP's PC clock is set to the correct
time and date.

The Internet, newsgroups included, is a global network and users are spread
all over the time zones. All users do not live in the US!

At any given time the world is spread out over two consecutive dates.

Sleepless in Seattle

I live in New Zealand which is 12 hours ahead of GMT. It isn't even the 25th
here. So think again.

Which has absolutely nothing to do with the OP setting the correct time
zone, for where his/her computer is.
(If that is done the corrected time is shown to everyone else)

New to newsgroups?
When the posters time zone or clock is off for their posting location, it
will cause some newsreaders to show the time incorrectly. It will also
trigger the msnews.microsoft.com newsgroup filters to delete the future
post.
When the posters clock and time zone is set correctly, the time you see as
the time of the post will be your local time, not the posters local time.
