Norton Antivirus Install Trouble

L

LannyL

I am having a really hard time getting NAV2004 to install on my computer...

I think there might still be an old version that is not fully removed, as
it seems to be skipping the step where it normally asks for the code from
the cd.
It fails every time around the halfway point of copying the files.

Is there some way to check for remnants of the previous install? Or maybe
another way to get it to work?

Any help is appreciated...
Thanks,
Lanny
