Norton AntiSpam stopped working

I get all the spams in the Inbox (MS Outlook) instead of the Norton Antispam Folder.
In the "Norton AntiSpam" window the "Ad Blocking" feature is "On", checked; the AntiSpam Status" is "OK"
I had never had such problem before.
