anti spam

Have a Norton 360 account and use the antispam feature...now I have a junk
mail and antispam folder and some emails go to spam and some to junk folders.
Can no longer get the "mark as spam, or this is not spam message" in the
Norton folder. It defaults to the junk commands. Can I have both features
or do I need to delete Norton spam features?

Uninstall anything from Norton and don't replace it with anything from
McAfee or Trend. Your mail program will work much better. (Turn off email
scanning in any other program, too.)
