Normal.dot and sheet stacker

Hi,

I have 3 sheet stackers on my Laser Jet Printer. When I print a
document, it is printed on the 3rd stacker but on the 2nd for my
colleague. We have the same parameter for the printer but not in Word.
So I replace his Normal.dot by mine. Nothing changes !!! The default
stacker is not the same on my computer ans on his. Where are those
parameters...

Thanks for your help.
