Non Responding

I continually have to shut down due to Internet Explorer 'Not Responding'
Also msjava.dll I've run diagnostics but nothing shows up. Any suggestions?

Try installing Java or re-registring majava.dll (Start > Run > type
"regsvr32 msjava.dll" (without quotes))

Java (click the yellow button in the top right corner.)
