non existing mail in the outbox that cannot be sent

Every time i start and close windows mail i receive a message that there is a
mail in the outbox that cannot be sent. this mail doens't exist anymore but
the programme keeps giving the message. Who knows what the problem is?

Open the Outbox folder to see if there is a messages in it. If there is,
delete it. If the message can't be moved or deleted, apply this Microsoft fix:
