Left e-mail in outbox

I have an corrupted sent e-mail left in the outbox and cannot be deleted. It
blocks me from sending any further e-mails as all e-mails just stuck in the
outbox. Pls help to advise how I can delete this corrupted e-mail from the
outbox.

Download and install this hotfix, with Windows Mail not running

Although it's labeled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works for
other folders.
