I'm having trouble getting computers that aren't part of our domain to connect to our Terminal Server. Any computer that is part of our domain has no problems but any one outside of this can't. Any suggestions on how to make this work.

So what happens when they try? Do they ever get to the login screen?
Do they get an error message? Is there anything in the EventLog on
the TS when they try to connect? Can these clients ping the server?
Do they connect through a firewall? If so, is port 3389 pointing to
your TS?
