No volume from Internet sites

Help.I can hear the volume while playing cd's so it's not a speaker issue. But
I can hear Yahoo Messenger music so I don't think it's an internet problem.
However if I try hear any sound from Youtube for example I'm getting nothing.
I added a web-cam yesterday, could this have affected it somehow?
I had no issues up to yesterday as far as I know.

Youtube uses Adobe Flash to display video. Adobe Flash formerly Macromedia
Flash or simply Flash.

My guess would be flash is the problem.

Hi Wesley
I got sorted.I went to other questions posted and found a similar problem
someone else had.
On the control panel I went into Sounds, then Audio.Someone had changed the
default device from C-Media as it should have been to Modem Playback.
Not bad for a complete novice to sort it out.Quite proud of myself.ha ha.
Thanks for your advie anyway.I'll definitely be keeping this page in my
favourites.
