No transfer via HTTP

Hey,

my IE does not transfer data via HTTP. The MS Flag ist moving all the
time, but no data can be received. The strange thing is that I can
still use the IE for HTTPS or FTP connections.

What might be the reason?

I just tried to captuere the traffic caused by IE using Ethereal but
the not even outgoing packets are showing up. ?!?!
 
Hi,

I have exactly the same problem. Happened after 15.02.2006 security updates.
OP system is Windows XP SP2 and computer Dell Latitude D600. Thank god I had
Firefox in my computer.

Can somebody help me to fix this problem?
