No Sound

My speakers just stopped working. They are on and not muted in the Volume
Control. There was a driver error so I uninstalled it and put in a new sound
card. The new sound card made every sound high pitched and sped up the
sound. Is there a way that I can fix either of these problems?

Start/Control Panel/Sounds and Audio/Audio tab/Sound Playback>Advanced button
Performance tab>move slider to the left.

That has already been done, I have gone through every possible sound
menu/properties. Is there any way I can find the driver and/or replace all
of my drivers with the original ones?

You can go to the drivers properties and do a roll back.
Start>Control Panel>Sounds and Audio>Hardware tab>Properties button>
Driver tab. You may need to insert your soundcard installation disk to
reinstall previous drivers.

I do not have an installation disk for the sound card. All I have is system
restore disks and they do not have sound card drivers on them. Is there any
way I can get a disk from my manufacturer?
