Hi
when i moved to a cable internet survice
i had to put in a net card?

i was running windows 98 at the time
and i stoped getting sound.
or had to choose between sound or a printer
because of the i r q ? (not shure if it is irq or
somthing else ) so i went xp home and now i am getting no
sound at all i have a sound blaster 16 i went to the web
site and no driver update was avalable ?

HI,

It's possible that the drivers for your soundcare are not
installed correctly.
The standard drivers of WinXP are good enough for the
soundblaster 16.

- Rightclick My Computer and choose Properties
- Click the tabpage Hardware and then click Device Manager

Here you will see a list of all the devices in your
computer. When there's a yellow question mark next to a
device, it means that there is a problem with this device
(drivers, ...) Here you can Update the drivers if
necessary.
