No Sound

Hiya, i went to play musiclast night and realised that it was playing but
there was no sound. I have checked all my other media programs and there is
nothing. I have checked the volume levels and they are all fine. I have used
the troubleshooter and that didnt help. I used a link to Kelly's website and
that didnt help. I have read other peoples problems but they havent worked
either.

I am really stuck, please help

Hiya,
Thank you for your help, however, i tried the link and followed the
instructions but it is still not working. Could you suggest anything else?
