No sound

I just upgraded to Windows 2000 from Windows 98 and I
can't figure out why the sound doesn't work. I've tried
all the troubleshooters and all of my drivers appear to be
working properly
 
Any yellow blobs in Device Manager? - Right-click My Computer | Properties | Hardware | Device Manager...
