No sound on PPS when email to friends ?

When I send PPS to friends, they respond with " were's the music". I test the
pps before I send it out and make a copy. The emails I send to myself works
fine and the copy I send to CD works fine as well. But for so reason, the
copies I sent to friends will not produce sound, when, they open the
attachment. I need help, thanks.

By default PowerPoint LINKS most sounds to the file on your dive which of
course the recipients don't have.

You can embed wav files and with a lttle trickery mp3 files.

OR place the sound file in a folder with the presentation DElete and
reinsert the sound and email the whole folder

John, I do not understand. Let me explain to you what I do when, I set up a
PPS. I set everything up in the PPP form, once, I get ready to send and save
it, I change it to PPS and prior to this step I attach the sound file. And, I
change the sound thing to all files ( All Files**). So that, the PPS will
play on other systems than windows. I guess that the right thing to do. If
you could send a step by setp outline to me , I could better unerstand the
process you are stateing. When I, place the sound file onto the PPS the horn
shows up on the slide I want the sound to start. I hope I did a good jod
explaining myself to you. Thanks
