Create PPShow that will play music when received via email?

I enjoy creating beautiful PowerPointShows. But when emailed to friends the
music (.wma file) does not play. How can I create a PPS that will play music
when I send it to friends. I always send the PPS file as well as the music
files.

Sending the PPS file with external music doesn't ensure anything. You may
create a folder and put PPS and WMA file in the folder. Make sure the link
path of music in PowerPoint is correct. Then package the folder as one file
using some tools like WinZip (http://www.winzip.com).

The ultimate solution for presentation with music is embedding music files
into PowerPoint presentation. See official guide at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/powerpoint/HA012303071033.aspx

But it seems that .wma file couldn't be embedded in PowerPoint by default.
You can try other ways to embed, such as convert the PowerPoint file with
external music files into a solid Flash file. Use some presentation tools
like PPT2Flash (http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-flash.html) to try.

Hi William

I seem to have a small red rash this morning. Is there any chance that Flash
could cure it?
