No resize dialog when i send photos

i used to get a dialog asking me if i wanted to resize my
photos when i email them... i dont anymore. any reason
why? how do i get it back?

Try this:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.
