'email this photo'

My 'my pictures' folder(s) will no longer attach a photo when the 'email this
photo' is clicked and it use to as I have used this method in the past.

I open 'my pictures' folders and select a photo>click on 'email this photo'
it brings up the 'resize' dialog box but when I click the okay button it
doesn't open my Outlook/a new email and attach the photo.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First, try the following:

go to...Start / Run and type
(or copy/paste):

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"

If that fails to solve the problem...try the
following steps:

I cannot guarantee it, but the following
method may work:

How do I make OE my default mail client?

Go to...Start / Run...and enter the following:

msimn /reg

Click...OK...

Then open Internet Explorer and go to...
Tools / Internet Options / Programs tab...
and set OE as the default mail (and news)
program.

Solutiion - we had the same problem and tried everything suggested. However
we worked backwards and found the solution on page 35, the suggestion offered
by Ramesh worked and we are very grateful to him.

Am I missing something Tony? You've posted several solutions to be found on "Page 35". A link or more detailed description would be helpful!!!! Page 35 of what??? Can you provide a URL instead???
