no program listed when cd or dvd inserted

I just got a new computer with windows xp 64bit and when I insert a blank cd
or dvd the regular box comes up asking what program I want to use except
there are no programs on the list. It is the same thing when I enter in a
music cd or regular dvd. I have nero installed on my new computer as well as
on my old one, the only difference is the old computer has windows xp pro
instead of the 64bit edition. Just wondering if that makes a difference or
not.

When I went to download the Autoplay repair tool on the first link it said it
does not run on windows xp 64bit, same with second link.
