No Print Preview on Epson Stylus CX6400 with Vista

I use Windows Vista Home Premium and Windows Mail on my computer. My
printer is an Epson Stylus CX6400.

Until I bought my new computer in this past April I was running Windows XP
with SP2 and had a Print Preview option when I clicked on print with any
program on my old computer and when the Print window popped up.

I have never had the Print Preview option with Vista and today was a perfect
example of why I'd like to have that option. I received an e-mail from our
granddaughter's Band Booster's director and when I printed out page one,
instead of the "meat of the message", I had a complete page of e-mail
addresses. Page two had over 3/4s of a page of e-mail addresses and finally
the short paragraph with the "important information" I wished to share with
my wife. There was even a Page 3 that would have contained one line if I
had printed it. Had the Print Preview option been available as was on
Windows XP, I could have elected to bypass the first and last pages. It's
not going to break my saving account by printing an unnecessary page, but it
does "pee" me off to know Epson could write a few line of "code" in the
Epson CX6400 print window program for Vista to allow a person to see what's
about to print on their printer. I have called Epson's "Help Line" and was
told that it's not their problem -- it's a Windows "fix." Bah and Humbug to
Epson. My next printer will NOT be an Epson product.

Roy,

Thanks for the advice, but I don't have the "General" option in your third
step.

I downloaded the Epson EasyPrint file and reinstalled it again on my
computer, but it's still the same as before.

Thanks again for taking time to try and help me -- I'm still convinced it's
Epson's move next...
